Rummage & Bake Sale 2018

We Need Your Help! 

Sign up today on the Bulletin board in the upstairs foyer.


SETUP………………………………………………………………………………..

Setup will take place beginning April 25th from 1 pm to 4 pm

and April 26th from 9 am until all items are out.

 

WORKING THE SALE……………………………………………………………...

We need help working during the sale on April 27th & 28th

 

TEAR DOWN………………………………………………………………………….

We need help with tear down at noon on April 28th.

We need men to sign up to help with heavy lifting.

 

DONATING CLEAN ITEMS……………………………………………….........………………….

Save your large paper or plastic grocery bags and drop them off with sale items. Donated items will be accepted the week of April 22nd

(and no later than 3 pm on the 26th) Drop them off at the upper entrance to the storage building of the Youth Center.

 

BAKED ITEMS……………………………………………………………………....

Please label the top of your baked goods

(i.e. Apple Pie, Peanut Butter Cookies, Chocolate Fudge, etc.) 

Package candy, cookies, muffins, etc. in groups of ½ dozen and 1 dozen.

Drop off Baked Items at the Gym if someone is there on the 26th. 

Otherwise, drop them off in the church kitchen or bring to the Gym

on Friday or Saturday morning.

Proceeds this year will go to pay for Child and Family Conference training for a Physician’s Assistant working in Medical Missions in Asia for work in a Foster Care/Adoption Ministry and an International Clinic.  Our goal is to cover the cost of the training and housing and meals for this individual.
